Recipient not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered. 100% refund will be made if the recipient is not satisfied with the Flowers/Gifts delivered due to the quality of the product or other constraints subject to the points provided in our Terms & Condition: » If the recipient refuses to accept the ordered Flowers/Gifts and return the same in intact condition instantly to the address stated on the Delivery Order. AND » Customer writes to us a mail about the reason of dissatisfaction. Please state the Transaction ID, the sender and the recipient's name in the Email Form. This feedback will be used to help us to improve our customer service. c. Non-availability of chosen Flower/Gift or problems relating to colours: We reserve the right to replace the ordered product with another product of the same or higher value, due to non-availability of Flowers/Gifts at that particular moment. No refund request will be accepted for this reason. d. Unable to reach the Delivery Destination: In case any address mentioned in the delivery information is inaccessible for any reason beyond our control.
